train crash in ghotki

Oh man, this is beyond terrible. Karachi Express, Quetta Express and Tezgam Express collided after one missed a signal. The current death toll is atleast 150 people, with 800 people injured. Saba writes about it more at

I’m shuddering right now because my friends and I have travelled to Karachi in the Karachi Express many many times. Prayers for everyone involved…

Its really sad how many times we have seen such tragic incidents and loss of human lives … but not even once somebody in the Govt or railway authrities or relevant department have accepted any responsibility.. whatever happens, no matter how many people die… we never see anyone apologizing or resigning .. 3 trains crashing into each other, how could this happen?.. worst case of neglegence!

someday, hopefully in my life time, sombody will bring those people – sitting in their comfortable AC wale offices – to justice!

Its a sickening feeling to read about such accidents, especially since, like Darwaish said, its a simple case of negligence.
