Mass Wedding at Fortress Stadium

Yesterday morning, around 9 am, I was at Fortress Stadium, mistakenly assuming that Ring 2 would be playing at Sozo World. They were still showing War of the Worlds, and the first show was 3:45 pm. However, as we roamed about the eerily empty fortress stadium, we saw scores of people lined up next to the actual stadium’s entrances. We assumed it was a match of some sort, until we saw a woman dressed as a bride, getting out of the car. “Whoa, lahoris have really taken the cake for dressing inappropriately for an occasion this time”, we thought. Until we saw ANOTHER bride-like woman. And a decorated car. On closer inspection, we realized there was actually a mass wedding going on inside (yes, we peeked through the cracks in one of the locked gates).

Here’s a link to an article in daily times about the actual thingie.
