Aga Khan Foundation has made available two helicopters for airlifting relief supplies and two more would be arriving tomorrow from Central Asia.

Pakistan Railways has offered free transport services for carriage of relief goods to earthquake-affected areas. Contact numbers are Quetta: (081) 9201976, Sukkur: (071) 9310046, Multan: (061) 9200619 and Lahore: (042) 9201941. These are for inland delivery.
Similarly a train, Karwan-e-Muhabbat train, would be staying in all major cities from karachi to rawalpindi to collect relief free of cost. Pleae contact PTV’s Life line for information i.e. (051) 111- 788- 788.
Through PTV’s Life Line [051- 111-788-788], you can volunteeryourself for any aid you can give. You can get information on children and families lost or cut off from their families, or if you have any such information you can give it here. This Life line would be wrking in cooperation with Army’s control room, thus helping largely in many ways in all quake-affected araes.
In Islamabad’s make-shift Aabpara community center medical center, 200 beds and bedding is urgently needed. Please contact for aid on this number: 051-9267596
Furthermore, here in Islamabad, weather is already quite cooler now, 15th october’s evening would be seeing a lash of rains, that would further deteriorate the conditions. As, weather’s going to turn colder very soon from now on. Please prayers and quick work and help largely needed to provide help to all needy.

those people who have rushed out of their homes due to the fear of recent earth quake’s after shocks are living in open air without Tents or having useless tents, urgently requires the Tents to pass their time safely against the cold weather. The houses of such people are not completely demolished but no more useable due the after shocks. these areas include the villages of Mansehra like Banda Piran, Sanda Sar etc.

Dear i had been there in bala kot.. It’s really a great disaster.. No any building is stood on its feet. All of them collasped down on peoples living in it at that time.. we people shud rpent our sins now .. they people says it for their sins that Allah (swt) sent a earthquck to them..
may Allah (swt) pretoect us and forgive us! ameeen!
