iftari at freddy’s

Iftari at Freddy’s. You can’t go there without a reservation, and they charge you for it, obviously.
The iftari itself was nice, but the dinner wasn’t. The chicken cheese shashlik is recommended in the iftari part of the buffet, but there wasn’t ONE thing in the dinner section that I’d recommend specially.
The chocolate cheese cake was soggy but amazing.
But it cost us 500 per person i think, was NOT worth that much.

After a hectic pack-up of all the stuff, we all prayed that it reaches the most deserving of all. May God accept this good-doing…

A total of more than 120 Family Boxes were ready in three days. Each box had sufficient supplies for a family to survive for 2-3 days…

Family boxes was packed with packets of pulses, wheat, rice, sugar, salt, biscuits, 2 bottles of water, 2 packs of milk, a blanket/quilt, some clothes, candles and matches.

People brought with them sacks full of clothes for men, women and children…

This stuff was then sorted out by volunteers and members of the Student Executive Committee of which I am the Secretary.

large quantities of food stuff was collected. Some of the most common items were Packaged Milk, Bottled Water, packets of Pulses, Sugar, Flour, Salt, Chilli Powder, Tea, Powdered Milk, Cooking Oil, Juices, Biscuits and Rusks…
