nimco online
I always thought that nimco refered to a generic mix of different things but it seems that there exists Nimco (R), the company which started the nimco frenzy. According to the site, the company started about 53 ago by and Hajji Muhammad Jan was the inventor of Nimco Corner. Nimco Corner started with a few Products and now it has more than 35 Products. Yet another example of a brand named turning into a product name like scotch tape, chapstick and styrofoam.
Actually, nimco corner is this REALLY famous shop in Karachi, and the site’s probably made to promote it – not like it needs any, I doubt there’s anyone in the city who doesn’t know about it.
oh well, me lahori. me not know. and it says right there on the pack, “NIMCO has no branches” :)
me also lahori, but i know it since my childhood. we use to enjoy the nimco even wen we were abroad ( in the holy city of makkah , where i passed my childhood & my paernts r still there), our grand parents use to send NIMCO through HUJJAJS as a PAKISTANI SOGHAAT. although its expensive as compared to other brands, but its taste is unbeatable.
