sparks at defence market

One fine day, my friend and I were at a bookshop in defence market. We suddenly heard this huge explosion outside. The electric pole had decided to put on a show. I asked my friend to take a picture using his cellphone, and you can see the sparks reflected in the shop window right next to the pole.
There was an electric fire, people rushed to put it out with sand. No police, no urgent cars, no fire brigade and no alarms.
Within minutes, life was back to normal, and traffic rushed along merrily down the narrow street once again.
