Spring is just around the corner the usual “rung barungay” fountains on the canal are up and running. Starting from mall road right upto jail road, you can see ‘water colors’ on your right side (left, if you are going the other way). Its probably the first step in the preparations for the annual spring festival but you still cant see any posters or boards about it anywhere. I wonder if there will be something new in the festival this time.
