Reporting Live from Beirut

As the Israel-Arab conflict escalates, more and more coverage is being given to it by International press and media. After some years of media progress, Pakistan is ready to pour its jounalists into International stage of war and politics.

The most recent advancement in this repsect is that we have two of our country’s well-renowned journalists reporting live from Lebanon these days. They are none other than Dr. Shahid Masood from ARY and Hamid Mir from GEO TV.

First it was Iraq and now it’s Lebanon for both Dr. Shahid Masood and Hamid Mir. You can watch them report the destruction, interview Hezbollah leadership, run as a nearby place gets bombed and give the NEWS on crisis, a Pakistani perspective for their respective TV channels.

Pakistani media is definitely going places…

I dont understand why neither geo or ary are reporting on the letter by sent those 18 personalities to musharraf telling him to leave one office. media freedom in pakistan is a glorified myth

Today I saw Fahd Hussain reporting live from Beirut for ARYOneWorld as a special Inernational correspondent in a section called something like ‘Focus on Middle East’.

    Has this man shifted loyalties…

For those you didn’t get it; he used to host Followup with Fahd on GEO TV.

I AM FEELING VERY TO SEE PAKISTANI JOURNALISTS IN TERITORY AREA.I AM VERY MUCH DISTURB TO SEE THE MUSLIM RULERS BEHAVIOUR IN THIS DISPUTE.WHAT THEY WILL DO IN FUTURE.NOT AMERICA OR ISRAEL BUT MUSLIMS ARE THE ACTUAL RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS SITUATION.I MUST SAY ONE THING THAT IN THIS TIME IT IS NECESSERY FOR MUSLIM COUNTRIES TO MAKE DANGEROUS WEAPONS.
