What is the point of setting up public parks and green areas if the public is not allowed entry into such establishments. I can understand restricting entrance on the argument that people will damage the establishment or spread garbage there but that negates the whole purpose of building the park. Let the people use these places of recreation but fine and punish those who do not repect the value of public property. After all, parks should be there for public enjoyment and not just reserved for a visit by some so-called VIPs.
