I have gone through all the comments and felt the necessity for clarifying the bad or good about Hadood Ordinance 1979 and Women Rights Protection Bill 2006.
Hadood Ordinance had a flaw that, first, it’s implementation was being done through British India Law and, second, our police always helped the richer or more influential of the parties. The Women Rights Protection Bill will help every person who rapes or commits fornication but not the victim.
If any body has any doubt he or she should read both the laws and compare them
