Aye Mausam Rangeele Suhaane…

“Jiya Nahin Maanay,
Tou Chutti Lay Kay Aaja Baalmaa, Ho,
Ho Ho Ho, Ho Ho Ho Ho, Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho…”

This is one tune that has not left my mind for the last couple of days; refreshing winds, drizzling drops, colorful spring, the season of love, all mixed in one blossom of elevated happiness…

Here are a couple of more visuals for you all to enjoy:

itnay achay mausam main balma ka dil bhi nahi karta kaam karnay ko, aur yeh mohtarma chuti par bhi uksati rahti hain :) , sometimes this song depicts ironic situation.

But yes, a childhood memory, singing songs, while walkin in the rain, so beautiful.

    nice pics and nice ellaboration!

February in Lahore is pleasantly cold – a refreshing wind here, an occassional rain there, and colorful flowers on lush green walkways everywhere – depicting the arrival of a dazzling spring

And this song is done (re-done actually) fairly well by Josh. Video is also kind of eye catching – simple and elegent.

These rains spelled disaster in Gulberg and Faisal Town (where work is undeway on the sewage system), looks like its going to rain tonight. Hate walking to college with cars splashing water all over me.

Thats the way to go is’nt it, don’t make footpaths for pedestrians, don’t pay Physicians who have recently graduated, make them work for free¹ because there are’nt enough funds to pay them and then build 2.25bn rupee “Elite” hospitals all over the country.

¹They don’t have a choice to work in Private hospitals because doctors who wish to specialize in some particular field have to have at least 4 years of working experience in an institution recognised by CPSP (i.e Govt. Hospitals).

I am amazed that there are people out there that find rains a major turn off!

Now whats the relation between rains and doctors and their house jobs?

There are so many problems that one faces after heavy rains/rains,me too, but still, ….it is something that not many are blessed with.

Its true kai jab ander ka mausum acha hota hai, tab sab kuch acha lagta hai.

It’s raining again in Lahore… and I’m lovin’ it! :)

I agree, it is something that many are not blessed with, but it is also true that our cities and roads are’nt exactly planned for pedestrians, even major roads like Main boulevard Gulberg and Canal bank road don’t have footpaths and when it rains like that, it leaves the city in a not so good condition.

IMO Lahore is just not ready to see this kind of rains, but someone else might disagree, its all about how you perceive it.
