    i dont know the exact name but this is a marriage/conference hall down the road from cavallery grounds to the DHA. I had two of my tire bursts infront of this building.

    don’t go there !
    600 people are ill for the last 10 days (including me) after eating the marriage dinner there.

    As most of the people rightly guessed it – the strucutre is located on the road that connects Cavalry Grounds to DHA. If am not wrong, Qasr-e-Noor is a showroom of fancy lightings and chandliers.
