		<description>yeah but lots of people have lots of different types of problems... a non smoker can also have the weirdest of personality because of some other reason. what i am saying is that for a stricktly office (hiring/promoting) criteria, we have to be as much objective as we can, without prejudice against anyone. Criteria shold only be performance and potential based. Yes if a person has clear personaly issues, then that could go against him in office hiring process. but not the plain fact that he/she smokes.

Again: anyone who is reading this: smoking is actually equivalant to slowly poisoning yourself. It leads to a seriously painful / regretful future. Avoid at all costs.</description>

Smokers damage their health, agreed. But in a stricktly office environment you cannot discriminate against someone if he/she smokes. Yes you can make them Not smoke inside the office, and make the office smoke free. But you cannot judge their performance or make a hiring criteria around this factor...

P.S. I don&#039;t smoke and do not encourage smoking at all. Its one of the silliest things to do, and does cause serious health problems.</description>

In the movie, while working at an internship that he&#039;s won hard alongwith the responsibility of caring for a young child of his, Will Smith&#039;s character doesn&#039;t even drink water at the office just to avoid time wastage out of using a rest room!
