‘Going’ 777

A day before today (or simply Yesterday) passed anonymously without being noticed…

I hope many of you noticed the importance of the day (Saturday).

Though the time which is passing will never come again… but sometimes, time left some memories…

Yesterday was “7th July, 2007” or we can write it as “07-07-07“.

That was the difference…

I don’t say that this date will never come again but, we’ll not be able to have this date again…

Now, when I am writing this post, the day has passed means gone and the only headline came in to my mind was “Going 777” which I derived from “Boeing 777

I got different SMSs yesterday, on the importance of this date. Two of them are below…
(pronounce “7” in Urdu language as “saat“)

Tu mere 7

Mein tere 7

Aasman bh 7

Samandar bh 7

Tum hamesha rehna mere 7

Jeena bh 7

Merna bh 7

Hansna bh 7

Rona bh 7

Kyun ke aaj date bh 7

Month bh 7

or

year bh 7…

and the other one is…

What is triple…

555 – cell battery

111 – UAN

HHH – wrestler

CCC – Corpus Christi College

KKK – Ku Klux Klan (USA)

PPP – Pakistan Peoples Party

WWW – World Wide Web

but what is 777…?

it’s 07-07-07.

I myself was unaware of the date but when I got these SMSs, I thought that I must do something memorable. Luckily I got a reason to remember this day…

I, for the 1st time in my life, donated my blood to my friend. :-)

I am really pleased that I did something good this day and InshAllah will never forget it.

What did you do to remember this day..?

Yesterday, at 07:07, I burned seven candles and let seven doves fly to celebrate the amazing day that will never come again.
One year, one month and one day ago, I sacrificed six pigs to the pagan gods. Any valuable suggestions on what I should do on 08/08/08?

Yeah, how can I forget 07-07-07? My football club, AC Milan, won their seventh Champions League title this May, and I made sure I celebrated it the way it deserved.

And thank you guys at Metblogs Lahore for taking notice of this day – even if it was mentioned a day later. Cheers!
