GOR I & II: Serenity

@Golf Road, GOR, Lahore.

I have always been attracted by this unique part of Lahore, GOR I & II. When I entered into this area for the very first time, I was like “God, is this Lahore?” (No traffic noise, no pollution, all green and calm just off the Mall road!! unbelievable). Its a residential area for Gov. officers and one can observe old bungalows with huge lawns in good shape there. The area is well maintained and if you want to have a walk other than a park (say Polo Ground that is almost part of GOR), you can go there and enjoy a cool evening or afternoon with leaves on the footpath.
I recommend you guys to drive through once at least during SPRING.

    @Suh: I would prefer Sukh Chayn Gardens over Bahria Town. It’s much nearer, fully built and clean of any frauds :P

    I’ve been to Bahria Town quite a few times and I’d choose these GORs over it any day!
