The reason being that while he and his brother was in power, the development work only happend in northern Punjab and there was no development work at all in rest of the Pakistan. Billions were spent on Motor way when the roads in rest of the country were in pethatic condition. But still he is lesser evil than BB. So its an advice for him that if he comes to power again, please treat all areas of Pakistan equally.
