Your dress anology is invalid. The difference is between being “usual” and “unusual”. whatever is usual / regular on the streets (dress, beard, hair color whatever) usually gets ignored. whatever is unusual (dress, beard, hair color whatever) gets attention and people would comment on it.

Let me also remind you that “commenting” is not equal to “insulting”. If there is something unsual on the streets and someone brings it to your attention, it doesnt mean that this someone was intending to insult the unusual and in turn you… if you start thinking this way, your life would be in perpetual chaos.

It is not related to city nor with people… cmon accept it … for instance ager abhi koi tumhare pic laga de aur tumhare dress ko yahan reader discuss karne lageen tou yeh kaun sa city ya people se related hoa and btw you must think before you post kah is post ka result keya hoga…

“What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; in order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger gives you, and refrain from what he prohibits you. And fear Allah: for Allah is strict in Punishment.” (Quran 59:7)
