'Botched up' because the elections threw the powers-that-be out the window. Or did they? Is PML-Q the culprit here? The agencies? Musharaf saab? No one knows. Only circumstantial evidence, which points to PML-Q. The problem with 'circumstantial' evidence is that you catch the culprit because you have proof, and proof essentially is information, and information can be doctored. God guide us all, aameen, M.
