We cant blame all on the Govt. SAVE OUR PAKISTAN I guess these are our few ROLEs,

We as citizens are definitely responsible but just think who's responsible for cleaning these Big Bins?? What about last government's bio-recycling efforts? Why don't we go for Bio-diesel or getting energy by burning bio-degradable waste including manure, rotten fruits, vegetables and human waste especially from hospitals??
