and while these theatrics were going on, there were people in ambulances who couldn&#039;t get to the ER on time. there were patients suffering from cardiac arrest who died while being held up in traffic. there were burn patients who needed immediate medical aid and were prevented from receiving prompt treatment. no one ever thinks about what these people were going through. i wish you had been standing next to me in the ER witnessing this sheer trauma and pain. this is also another harsh but all too real aspect of all this.</description>
