Ramzan Menu
Hey everyone! I am just wondering what do you guys having in Sehri and Iftar? Heavy chatkhara food or something light? I know a few friends who are using Ramzan for their diet control and a few who are just eating and eating a lot.
Personally, I am going for traditional Paratha Anda (? fried egg) and a supporting dish in Sehri and for Iftar just a few khajurs (dates), a glass of milk, an apple and a banana. No Pakoras and Samosas this time. But I am expecting an occasional Aaloo Chaney (?) and fruit chaat once in a week may be.

for some very weird reason the distinct ramzan taste has eluded this time round
i guess it was much more communal in bibi pak daman
in cantt it doesnt quite feel like ramzan
Here is my diet for Ramzan:
Sehri :
– canned Salmon/Tuna with bbq sauce,
– 1 apple
– chai (preferably doodh patti)
Iftari :
– Biryani or Korma depending on what they offer at the masjid :)
– some fruits
– chai
Dinner :
– Protein shake
– 1 apple
– 1 can pineapple chunks
heh, very non-traditional sehris with traditionalish iftaris – usually sandwiches or leftover iftari stuff at sehri, and the usual dahi baray, pakoray, fruit, juice at iftari – usually have dinner with iftari :D
