Is that true?

I’ve got this News Flash from someone at Telecard Corporation. Mr. Anwar [anwar_malik@telecard.com.pk] claims that:

The artist who drawn the pictures of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) has died in fire. He was burnt alive. Denmark government is hiding the news from the public and everyone has got to know.

This news is roaming around in Lahore these days. Rumours or anecdote, reality or propaganda, has anyone heard or have any information about this?

I think I read about it in Nawa-i-Waqat… if I remember it correctly their source was some Saudi newspaper.

as far as my limited research is concerned, it is heresy coupled with wishful thinking and the sorts…
I hope God blesses us all and guides the unguided. Aameen to that!!

This is just a rumour. There wasn’t a “single” person who drew the cartoons. They were submissions to a newspaper after it appealed to the public for images of the Prophet.
And Matt Stone and Trey Parker of South Park haven’t burnt to a cinder after their portrayal of Mohammad.
