Yet another tragedy…

I was talking to a friend of mine a few minutes ago and he told me about a terrible murder, which may even turn to a multiple homicide as the situation develops. I am not sure how many of you have heard of read about it, but here it is as it was related to me:

A group of kids from Lahore Grammar trying to shake off fellow students who were chasing them in a car, probably to beat them over some minor altercation, decided to go to a friend’s house. Apparently thinking that they will be safe there. Their friend happens to be MPA Rasheed Bhatti’s son. However, when they reached the house, the guards at the MPA mistaking the two cars with a bunch of people driving into the house as some possible “enemies of the MPA” opened fire. One young student was killed with “36 bullet holes in his body”. This kid, Bilal, apparently got out the car to tell them that: “I am Bilal, friend of the MPA’s son!”

His “mistake” cost him his life!

The ensuing barrage of automatic weapon fire from the guards, not only killed poor Bilal, whose father has already left for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj, but also put two other kids in critical condition. The kids in the second car also received multiple bullet wounds. The first car had four or five students and the second car had six students. There was so much ammunition fired that every kid received a bullet wound.

This transpired a couple of nights ago in the great city of Lahore, Jauhar Town area at the home of MPA Rasheed Bhatti.

There are so many things wrong with this whole event that I cannot even begin to comment on it.

    yes its a great tragedy.

The incident happened in Town Ship area at the resident of Rasheed Bhatti. The deadbody of young O-levels boy, Bilal was not burried for two days as both of his father and brother were not in Pakistan.

The condition of other two boys is still critical.

    A Very sad incident indeed.

    What will happen?

Nothing as always. The only punishment possible will be given to the
guard. Is the MPA not responsible for anything?

Its a pitty that the murders by guard are becoming more common.

Absolutely horrendous. Who is responsible for that, The guard, who is there to save THE GREAT MPA , the MPA who gropes the most insecurity in Pakistan or the circumstances of Pakistan which make these MPAs to rent the guards.

there are so many things wrong with this story you cannot possibly blame a single party for this incident. Maybe we ourselves are to blame because it is our (educated people) responsibility to make efforts for an educated and peaceful society where our kids don’t race cars, where they don’t indulge in such activities as to seek an MPA’s son’s refuge; where an MPA’s guard doesn’t have the guts to shoot at unarmed people.

We can analyze it by just considering one thing..why that gaurd has guts to fire in such a barbarian way…just bcoz he knows there is no law in this country and he will saved from any court of justice ,,thats is only why he didn’t think or inquire that what he was going to do…..
Injustice killing the society…it is really hurting..may be only thing will shake us when such inncident happen to someone who is close to us(GOD FORBID)?

These things happen when everyone is carrying illegal guns (Thanks to Zia for Afghan war). We all know how these rich (not all but spoiled one) lads drive cars without any regard of human life so guards surely got mistaken.

here is link to the story.

    * o level kids are usually below 18, and if they were driving its a crime in itself.
    * weapons are given to jahil/no-self-control people and they are so dumb to analyze the situation
    * stop blaming the mpa, its not his fault at all. its a cultural plague.. u see weapons everywhere. banks, jewelers, malls, homes, schools.. wtf? ye to hona hi tha :(
    * the guards might have been intimated by the offensive behavior of the kids (gangster culture adopted by the rich kids)

its hard to just blame anyone party.. too many wrongs here
