What Lahore drinks in Summer…

When I scored 61% on the ‘How much Pakistani you are’ poll, I was told to celebrate my Pakistaniat with a glass of Lassi. That brought me the idea to see how most of us quench our thirst in summer here. So, here you go:

I mostly drink pepsi so i have a reason to celebrate a bit of “Amreekistaniat”.The heavy drinking have now replaced fifty percent of my blood contents and pepsi is flowing in my veins side by side with blood.

I apologize for being off-topic, but can you help me by giving me locaions for some wi-fi hot spots in Lahore? I used one in PC today but would like to know of more – specially around Gulberg area.
Would truly appreciate your help. Thanks

@QA: man go to any markeet – open your laptop and use multiple open AP’s ; nobody (atleast most of them) cares up for security up here in PK

Yeah Lemonade, lots of water and lassi, Satu, in fact lots of liquid per day to keep myself hydrated. With a summer like ours, one has to be keeping up with liquids.

Plain water, is my first preference. I voted for that and alas only 15% is the rate of usage :(

PS: The people of Lahore, who work outside and spend their days out under sun, they have to be very cautious about keeping a good hydration level, try to get minimum sun exposure and don’t forget to keep a bottle of water with you. Taking these preventative measures will help you beating the heat and its effects.

It was a very hard choice between ganne ka rus and false ka sharbat let alone and you threw in mango shake. But finally i voted for false ka sharbat.
Really I can say about any of these three drinks, comparing with any drink available in the world, that
“Koi muqabil nahin door tak, balke buhat door tak”
    :)

Binary-Zero: I am a middle aged woman :) and wouldn’t be too comfortable to be sitting in a markeet and doing my work – hence I need something better. Any resources or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Anyway, what markeets were you thinking of? Like Hafiz center?

    I knew I’m missing one important option i.e. Nimbu-Paani.

I voted for Falsay Ka Sharbat too! ;)
