This magnificent building is the Town Hall of Lahore, or (simply to understand) the office of the Mayor of Lahore i.e. Mian Amer Mehmood.

This building is situated on the Mall Road just opposite to the Government College Lahore near the Provincial Courts. It was 12:15AM when I took this picture and was worth seeing such a beauty in the dark.
