LAHORi 1

A LAHORi passion…?

http://lahore.metblogs.com/archives/images/2007/08/DSC01008_filtered-thumb.jpg

It was seen a week ago in front of Gelato Affairs in Gulberg.
It’s really a nice one and actually, it attracted me.

They are lucky to have it because now you have to put a government provided number plate which is alphabets and numbers only; not any name.

Who will guess the cost of this number..?

I guess more than Rs. 250000/- or in words Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand Pakistani Rupees.

It is… but shoq da koi mol naee..

I’ve seen cars having ‘Allah-1’ as well.

And there were two famouse Silver Coloured CIVICs in FAST with two twin brothers. One had the number plate as TWIN-1 and other had TWIN-2.

I wonder if one could get LAHORE-1 or PAKISTAN-1 or they must be non-issuable names? I’m not sure.

    @ Pretty:

I just give you a rough idea..
Actually, I have one of my uncle in Excise Office.
n sometimes I used to went there in his office and got to know that how this number mania works..
but it’s a long time now..

then were the series of “LR*”..
and the hoghest bid for the number then was for “LR* 777”..
n it was about Rs. 170000/-

and this was a few years back..
and it still was a number from regular series..

but LAHORi-1 is a private number..
    now guess the price..
    ;)

he drove away and messaged me..

“check out the number plate of black Prado..”

    I knew what it meant..
actually I already was focusing on it..
and now its here at LMB..

I heard the price for a private number (like ‘Lahori 1’) is 20k for a year. No matter what it is.
