With or without the government’s support, Benazir Bhutto has returned to Pakistan amid high-security. The former Prime Minister of Pakistan had left for Dubai reportedly to meet with her family after staying in the country for about two weeks.

This time, her return is different. It comes at a point when the decision to be with or against the present regime would define her future in Pakistani politics.

I think she is realy realy a brave woman to come back amid the emergency. She has taken a big risk. Thats what you call a leader. I Dont think Nawaz will try landing here anytime soon.

Or she can be a coward for compromising her party’s pro-democracy struggle to get her accounts cleared…

Corruption is a relative term in Pakistan. The people who called previous governments about the “Corrupt” are the crooked of all. After ZABhutto noone (read Army) wants any other leader to be killed as it make them immortal in their fans eyes. New thing is to make them disappear so they will politically dead and that’s what they are doing to BB and Nawaz Sharif. It’s not greater interest of the nation but we like it or not there is only one political force left in the country and that is PPP. I like Nawaz Sharif and want him to come back. Though I’ve no idea how popular he is now as all the opportunists (Sheikh Rasheed and Chaudry Shujaat group) left him when times got tougher. I hope he give PPP healthy opposition.

When Army rules the country then borders are undefended and that what happened in Pakistan. Our Northern Area is heaven for Drug Smugglers and War lords and everything goes there. I wonder why our Army still not able to mark the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan. If that area isn’t in our control then why movement between that area and rest of the country is visa free?

Sorry for the rant but we need Politicians to run the country and Army to defend the borders and Police to safe guard our common citizens. Until we learn this our country will go down.

In a nut shell, politically it is a good move to come back when Master let her.
