While addressing the student protestors when they reached Institute of Business & Information Technology, the director of IBIT, PU, told students that they had every right of free speech though he emphasized on students to remain focused and urged them not to forget studies as their first priority. Mr.Zaidi also spoke in favor of the demands of removal of all political elements from the university and later joined a senior faculty meeting with the Vice Chancellor to convey students’ demands.
