It’s not “Govt. machinery” its Toyota’s machinery and about the policeman, he doesn’t come under the definition of machinery as he is a human being.

These are apparently defaced King’s Party (PMLQ) hoardings/banners which the police constable is removing. If you look closely, a black spray painted cross sign can be seen.
I wonder if defaced hoardings of opposition parties (e.g. PMLN, PPP) will also draw the same tender loving care of the powers that be.

If you ask any govt. official and he will preach you that the policeman is removing them.
